Departmental exchange coordinators
Departmental exchange coordinators are responsible for the academic aspects of student mobility in the departments.
- Acting on behalf of the Director of Studies
- Interface between the department and the Student Exchange Office
- Contact with subject coordinators at partner universities
- Ideally with access to applications relevant to student mobility: Mobility-Online, Liseth, LKW
- With a deputy who can make decisions in time-critical processes
Student supervision and admission to courses
Outgoing exchange students
- Inform: About partner universities and the best times for an exchange during the degree programme
- Assist: Compile the study plan / organise recognition of performance
- Contact: Subject coordinators at partner universities
- Set: Performance requirements, deadlines
- Gatekeeping: Course admission via Mobility-Online
Incoming exchange students
- Gatekeeping: Course examination and admission
- Assist: Before and during the stay
Cooperation with partner universities
Manage the degree programme / department portfolio of university partnerships
