Approach and timeline
The implementation project for the new campus management system is being carried out with Simovative GmbH and will extend over several years.
Implementation project
On 27 March 2025, the Executive Board tasked the Rector of ETH with implementing the Digital 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 project. The implementation will take place according to the following phase plan:
A brief overview of the milestones
- 27 March 2025 - Executive Board decision to start the implementation project
The Executive Board mandates the Rector of ETH Zurich to implement the Digital 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 project. - April 2025 - Start of project implementation together with Simovative
The project organisation and collaboration with Simovative are defined in workshops. This takes place in a so-called setup phase. - April 2026 - Mapping of the new programme regulations in the system
The first development phase is complete. The system is ready to map the new PAKETH programme regulations. - June 2026 - “Point of no return” decision
The project progress will be evaluated. Based on a risk assessment, a final decision will be made on whether the system will be put into operation for HS 2027. - September 2026 - Go-live of the application functionalities for HS 2027
The system is ready for the application phases. Interested applicants will use the new system starting in November 2026. - January 2027 - Start of room and course planning for HS 2027
The planning and administration of rooms as well as course and exam schedules for HS 2027 take place in the new system. - May 2027 - Go-live of the course catalogue for HS 2027
The course catalogue is published for all students in the new system and displays the PAKETH degree programmes. - July 2027 - Go-live enrolments for HS 2027
The development of the system's main functionalities is completed. Students can enrol, pay their semester fees and book their courses in the new system. - September 2027 – Start HS 2027
The Autumn Semester will start with the support of the new system. - March 2028 - Go-live all remaining functionalities
The development of the system is complete and the pending functionalities are enabled. - September 2028 - Completion of the Digital 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 implementation project
The system is switched to routine operation. The system is subsequently definitively adopted.
