3. Invitation letter (doctoral scholarship)

Have you checked the application criteria? If not, take a look at them (step 2).

Once you have clarified all previous steps, and you are ready to issue a letter of invitation for the applicant, please take the following into account:

This letter should include the official letterhead showing your institution's official contact details.
Your letter should describe the research proposal, the relation to the applicant and a possible future collaboration.
You have to include your CV as an annex to the letter.

Next step

The selection and announcement take place in Spring. You will be notified if the application will be successful. Only then do you need to take a look at the next step.
