Procurement and Export Services
The department of Procurement and Export Services is composed of the teams purchasing coordination, travel services, risk management and insurance and gastronomy and partner organisations.
The tasks of the teams are the following:

Export Services
The Export Services division is constantly being expanded and professionalised. It is divided into export control and goods dispatch.

In August 2025, the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control in Germany published a new guide for scientists at universities and research institutions providing initial guidance on export control.
This guide is also very helpful for researchers in Switzerland.
