Research Collection only partially available from 4 to 12 August 2025

The Research Collection will be migrated to a new software version. As part of this process, certain functions will be temporarily unavailable from 8.00 a.m. on 4 August until the morning of 12 August.?

During this period, it will not be possible to publish new content on the Research Collection or to submit update suggestions. However, access to already published publications and research data will remain fully available.

We kindly ask you to plan your publication projects accordingly.

For doctoral students in the final phase: In urgent cases, an alternative submission process for doctoral theses will be available during the service interruption. Further information will be provided in the Research Collection manual during the interruption period.

After the migration, you can look forward to several new features that will make using the Research Collection more convenient, including:

  • Personal author profiles
  • Lists to save and export relevant entries
  • New import options for publications
  • Drag-and-drop file uploads
