Project Management 101
This interactive workshop introduces students to the essentials of project management and equips them with practical tools they can apply immediately.
Course description
Designed for learners who are already engaged in managing real projects, the session focuses on simple, effective methods for planning, prioritising, coordinating tasks, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Participants will practice core skills and will leave with a set of concrete tools they can integrate into their current projects right away.

- Define a clear project goal and translate it into manageable milestones.
- Apply basic planning tools to structure their current project.
- Identify key stakeholders and outline simple communication strategies.
- Prioritise tasks and spot common risks.
