Inside PAKETH – Reform in Practice

Inside PAKETH, Episode 2

In this second episode of Inside PakETH, we speak with Heather Stoll, study director at D-EAPS, about the impact of PakETH on curriculum reform and faculty collaboration. PakETH has created both a mandate and a space for colleagues to come together and rethink their teaching in a structured way. Heather Stoll shares how workshops brought surprising levels of engagement, how competence frameworks help focus discussions, and why early, constructive dialogue is key to making lasting changes.
